Matthew Sumner
Matthew Sumner brings leadership, resilience, innovation, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship to Hidden W Ranch Milling Company LLC. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management and more than a decade of public service in law enforcement, he has built a reputation for integrity, accountability, and problem-solving under pressure.
As a colon cancer survivor, Matthew’s journey as an entrepreneur is rooted in perseverance and purpose. The Hidden W name honors his son Wyatt, who gained his wings in September 2017, and also honors his daughters Wrenly and Wylie, whose courage and inspiration continue to motivate him every day.

Jamie McGuckin
Jamie McGuckin is a dedicated public servant, military veteran, law enforcement professional, instructor, and armorer with more than three decades of combined military and public safety experience. Above all, Jamie is a devoted husband of more than 20 years and a proud father of two talented daughters.
Jamie honorably served for 18 years in the United States Army, where he developed extensive technical, leadership, and instructional expertise as a Power Generator Mechanic, Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, Vehicle Recovery Specialist, Driver Trainer, and Unit Weapons Instructor.
Following his military service, Jamie continued his commitment to protecting and serving others through a distinguished law enforcement career spanning more than 15 years. He currently serves as an Advanced C.L.E.E.T. Certified Law Enforcement Officer and is Cross-Commissioned as an Investigator with the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office.
Jamie remains committed to the values of integrity, service, accountability, leadership, and mentorship while bringing technical proficiency and instructional excellence to every project.
